Our Projects

C.O.A.T.S. International has four primary projects and each one is attached to an "anchor holiday" to help us focus our effort throughout the calendar on the various different ways we can support families and children in Russia.

Keeping Families Together

One of C.O.A.T.S. International's main projects is to help keep families together in Russia and the former Soviet Union.  The primary way we do that is by providing material aid to young mothers who are unable to support their infants. Mother's Day is the anchor holiday for this program area. In additional to basic materials, we also help provide furnished apartments to mothers in need who are at risk of abandoning their children. Providing Material Resources to Orphan

C.O.A.T.S. International provides material resources to orphans, including winter coats, boots, blankets, school supplies, computers, as well as toys and supplies for the orphanages.

Education and Training for Orphans

C.O.A.T.S. International helps provide life-skills training and educational courses for orphans throughout the former Soviet Union.

Christmas for Orphans and Vulnerable Children

At C.O.A.T.S. International, we love Christmas and believe it is a wonderful time to show our support and love for children living within the orphanage system, for the workers at orphanages, and for vulnerable and at-risk families.
